You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site and to request services through it. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Site provides information about Star Appliance Repair's appliance repair services for residential, commercial, and high-end appliances, and allows you to request service or contact us. The Site is an informational and lead-intake tool.

Submitting a booking or contact form is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment or binding contract. An appointment is only confirmed when we communicate confirmation to you directly (by phone, text, or email).

Service availability, scheduling (including “same-day” options), brands serviced, and service areas are subject to change and depend on location, technician availability, parts, and the specific appliance.

Any prices, estimates, promotions, or timeframes shown on the Site or communicated to you are general and subject to change. A final price depends on on-site diagnosis, parts, labor, and the condition of the appliance, and will be provided before work is performed where practicable.

The terms of the actual repair work — including any warranty on parts and labor — are governed by the service documentation, invoice, or separate agreement provided at the time of service, not by the Site. In the event of a conflict, that service documentation controls with respect to the repair itself.

Promotions and offers may have additional conditions and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

By providing your phone number and submitting a request, you agree that we and providers acting on our behalf may contact you by phone, text message (SMS), and other means about your request and service. Where you opt in, we may also send promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You may opt out of marketing messages by replying STOP. When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
• Use any robot, scraper, or automated means to access or collect data from the Site without our permission.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content except as permitted in Section 6.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to Star Appliance Repair LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purpose of learning about and requesting our services. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or use the content without our prior written permission.

“Star Appliance Repair” and our logo are our marks; other brand names mentioned on the Site (for example, appliance manufacturer names) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the appliances we service. Reference to those brands does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or authorization by those manufacturers unless expressly stated.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, products, policies, or practices of any third party. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star Appliance Repair disclaims all warranties of any kind regarding the Site, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete or current.

This Section applies to the Site only and does not affect any warranty expressly provided in connection with actual repair services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Star Appliance Repair LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Star Appliance Repair LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to venue in those courts.

Nothing in this Section affects any separate dispute-resolution terms contained in a service agreement or invoice relating to actual repair work.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
